Pasta Primavera Salad
Makes 6 servings
| 16 oz |
Rotelli, cooked |
| 4 cups |
Mann's Broccoli Wokly®, roughly chopped |
| 1/4 small |
Red onion, thinly sliced |
| 1 small |
Red bell pepper, julienned |
| 2 small |
Zucchinis, sliced into semi-circles |
| 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp |
Caesar salad dressing, prepared |
| 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp |
Vinaigrette dressing, prepared |
To Prepare:
Gently toss the cooked noodles and all the vegetables in a large mixing bowl until blended. Pour the dressing over the noodle/vegetable mixture and toss again to thoroughly coat the mixture with dressing. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
For dressing: Blend both dressings well. Chill until ready to use
