Mann's Italian Vegetable Soup
Makes 6-8 servings

Vegetable oil |
| 1 cup |
Mann's Broccoli Wokly®, chopped |
| 1 cup |
Carrot, chopped |
| 1 cup |
Celery, sliced |
| 1/2 cup |
Yellow onion, sliced |
| 28 oz |
Tomatoes, canned |
| 1/2 cup |
Parsley, chopped |
| 1 clove |
Garlic, chopped |
| 2 10.25 oz cans |
Chicken broth |
| 1/3 cup |
Pasta, uncooked |
| 2 Tbsp |
Parmesan cheese, grated |
| 1 cup |
Zucchinis, sliced |
| 1 cup |
Yellow squash, sliced |
To Prepare:
Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until onion is soft (about 2-3 minutes). Add pasta, parsley, tomatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for an additional 10 minutes. Add carrots, celery, zucchini and squash, cook for 5 minutes. Add Mann’s Broccoli Wokly®, and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
